"Less confident"

My recent experiences with the practice have been far from the standards I’ve previously had. Sloan practice has been my practice for over 30 years. Recent interaction has left me feeling far less confident in the practice and the service being offered. My last appointment was attended as requested and booked by the GP but upon my visit I found this to be with an HCA they were unclear as to why I was there. I recently submitted a request for my repeat medication on the online system and subsequently received a phone call to say that before I could obtain the medication I would need to see a GP. I had already seen a GP at the surgeries request following a hospital discharge. It seems like communication is breaking down somewhat. I have empathy for the workloads the GP’s are experiencing but my text today stating that you may be offered appointments at other local practices ‘across Sheffield’ adds to my current lack of confidence in a Practice I have attended for an incredibly long time.
