"Kindness at Mum’s MRI scan appointment"

About: Radiology / MRI Scans

(as a relative),

My late Mum attended Stracathro Hospital radiology department for a MRI scan.

All staff throughout the department managed her care with the utmost kindness, attention to detail and ensuring she and us, her family accompanying her, were informed and supported throughout the appointment.

Mum had memory problems and a potential cancer diagnosis. This was taken into consideration in a personal and individualised way to manage Mum’s needs.
