My late Mum was a patient in Roxburghe House. The care she received from the nursing , medical, domestic and volunteer staff and the support that we received as a family was exceptional.

The kindness, care, compassion and the gentle attention to detail was outstanding and made Mum’s final journey dignified and easier to bear.

We will never forget and always be grateful to the Roxburghe Team.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your late Mum.

The team are greatly touched that you have thought about us during such a difficult time and that you have had the courage to share your story. This means so much to us all.

It is so helpful to hear that the team at Roxburghe House supported all of you during this difficult time. Our aim is to deliver high quality care with compassion and thank you so much for sharing your story and assuring us that this was what you found to be the case. Writing about your story assures us that the care and compassion that you experienced is as it should be and we will continue to work to these high standards to support as many people as we can. It not only means a lot to us but will make a difference to others who may experience care in Roxburghe

Caring for families as well as the patient is so important to us. It is lovely to hear that you were all cared for and supported during your mums stay in Roxburghe.

I will also ensure this feedback is shared with all the team
