"Everyone supported me very well"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

I have been admitted to the ward for the second time. They look after me very well. I love the meals; I always get something that I like, and they do cut it up for me and help me. 

Everything is perfect, they showered me every day, Joanne, Isil, Kevin, Andy and Julie were so kind and helped me when I needed.

I felt much better and getting better since I came back. Sister and Dr. Ghesh, Dr. Whitehead and Will were so nice with amazing bedside manners. 

I was upset to come back for a second time and everyone supported me very well so I could go back home. Thank you very much for everyone and love to you all.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided by the Stroke Team within University Hospital Crosshouse.

I sorry to hear that you have required admission to Ward 3E twice. I can only imagine how scary and anxious this must have been for you. It is, however, reassuring to know that the staff have looked after you so well.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients, and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the Ward Team and with all of the staff you have mentioned by name. I know they will all be delighted to receive this feedback and it will be really encouraging for them to know that you felt so well supported by them.
