"Knowing they were looking out for them both was so reassuring"

About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as a relative),

The District Nurses from our GP practice (Maclean Medical) have been visiting my Dad and Step Mum on and off for over a year. They have always provided amazing, compassionate care to both of them.

They advocated for my Dad in times of need and always provided the most professional yet caring advice throughout.

Their care really helped my parents until they both passed. Knowing they were looking out for them both was so reassuring.

Thank you to Allyson, Helen, Sara, Lorna and Fiona for all your care.

Dear HappyWanderer

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this heartfelt tribute to the District Nursing Team at Maclean Medical Centre. We are deeply touched by your kind words and your recognition of the compassionate care Allyson, Helen, Sara, Lorna, and Fiona provided to your Dad and Step Mum.

It means a great deal to us to know that their dedication and professionalism brought comfort and reassurance to your family during such a challenging time. Supporting families with compassion and dignity is at the heart of what we strive to do, and your words are a powerful reminder of the impact that care can have.

We will ensure your thanks are passed on to the team, as it will mean so much to them to hear how valued they were by you and your loved ones. Our thoughts are with you and your family, and we thank you once again for your kind message.

Kind regards

Kevin
