"They provide a vital service"

About: Social Care Services / Community Meals

(as a relative),

My late Mum received Community Meals in Arbroath, Angus for approximately six months.

I will always be grateful for this fantastic service. Not only did she receive nutritious, wholesome food but she enjoyed the social interaction with the friendly staff who delivered the meals.

They made time to have a chat with Mum, telling her what her meal was and putting her sandwich in the fridge for later in the day. Mum appreciated this service, enjoying the human contact and conversation as much as the food.

The staff also alerted their Senior when Mum wasn’t so well and she in turn contacted me.

These professional, hard working staff provide a vital service, going above and beyond their duties at times to provide a personal and caring service.
