"I have had multiple stays in hospital my asthma."

About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Respiratory Medicine

(as the patient),

I have been put on tezspire 210mg solution for injection in pre-filled pen tezepelumab. I was at Gartnavel hospital Glasgow. The nurses are lovely and informative and able to answer any of you questions. You feel very well cared for as they are keeping you under observation and doing all the checks. Today I was taught how to do the injection with a training pen. Then I did my own injection as I will be doing it at home now. I felt confident doing it and feel confident going forward thanks to the nurses help and care. The nurses are on the other end of the phone should I need to talk to them.

Dear deploymentfy35

Thank you so much for sharing your experience of attending Gartnavel General Hospital. We’re delighted to hear that the nurses provided such excellent care and support during your treatment with Tezspire.

It’s wonderful to know that they were able to answer all your questions and guide you through the process of learning to self-administer your injections with confidence. Supporting our patients to feel empowered and cared for is a top priority, and it’s fantastic that you felt so well looked after.

We’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to the nursing team—they’ll be so pleased to hear about the positive impact they’ve had on your journey.

Wishing you continued success with your treatment and the very best of health going forward.

Kind regards

Kevin
