"Wasn't kept informed"

About: Renal Medicine / Renal and Liver Transplant High Dependency Unit (Ward 215)

(as a parent/guardian),

Some staff I saw in HDU didn't keep me informed about the patients care or what has been done.

The staff I saw don't even have the decency to speak to you when you walk on the ward, very lax in their care.

Firstly may I thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on your recent experience in Ward 215. It was disappointing to read about your negative experience and please accept my apologies on behalf the ward. We pride ourselves on keeping patients and relatives informed as we usually have the staff and time to do so and so we view your feedback as an opportunity to improve our service. It would help us greatly if you could give us more details regarding your visit if you feel comfortable to do so and would be happy to discuss any aspect of your visit.

Thank you once again.
