"Super helpful, patient and reassuring"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Irritable Bowel Syndrome Clinic

(as the patient),

The IBD Team based in Glasgow (New Victoria Hospital, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Gartnavel Hospital) were super helpful, patient and reassuring when I was coming to terms with my diagnosis of Crohns Disease and its treatment. I called the IBD hotline on a number of occasions and was called back quickly and given the advice I was looking for. I felt well cared for by the team, I am very glad a service like this exists.
