"The kindness and care was a very high standard"

(as the patient),

I would like to thank the crew who recently attended me. The kindness and care was a very high standard.

I would like also thank controller as well, and I must not forget the people also that helped sort my care - Clare, Mark and Dr Ruddell.

I would like wish everyone a peaceful Christmas an New year and their families

Thank you for taking the time to share your valued feedback. We are always grateful to those who share their experiences of the services they have received. It was heartening to learn of the kindness by the crew and that the care was a very high standard. It means such a lot to our teams to hear that they have a made a difference to those they care for and I am sure they will be delighted to hear your lovely words. I would like to share your feedback with the clinicians who supported you on the day and in order to locate them I would require the following information:

o Date and approximate time of the incident

o The address the ambulance was dispatched to
