"Discovering I had heart failure"

About: Community Services (Adult Physical Health) / Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing

(as the patient),

In October 2023 it was identified that I had heart failure after some tests and reviews by the cardiac team in Doncaster. A plan of action was created with new medication.

The follow-up and monthly monitoring with the cardiac nurse was excellent. One year on I feel so much better, and my heart has responded well to the medication.

Excellent service, by dedicated and caring people.

Thank you for taking the time to send your feedback. I am glad to hear that you not only found the service excellent but are feeling so much better. This is what we strive to do with the optimisation of your medications.

Regards.

Laura
