"They were happy to help in whatever way possible"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as a service user),

My daughter who has ASD attended Ulster hospital Dundonald for an OGD in September. The staff were very patient, took their time and were very professional with my daughter.

My daughter has a health passport and they were very happy to read it and help in whatever way possible to make my daughter feel at ease for her appointment.

TClydesdale,

It is great to hear that your daughter's needs were a priority for our team in the Ulster Endoscopy unit and I am happy to hear that her experience was less stressful because of the attention she received from the staff.

Thank you for taking the time to post your thoughts and I will pass your compliments on to the team,

Cathy
