"seamless treatment pathway"

About: Victoria Hospital / Day Intervention Unit

(as a service user),

I attended minor injuries at VHK on  and have to say the staff were excellent. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. I tore my Achilles tendon and the pathway was seamless. I was triaged, reviewed, seen plaster technicians to measure my boot, sick line and ortho advice given all within one hour of attendance. Ester and her team should be very proud of their department.
