"I waited more than 60 mins for secure medication"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Acute Medical Unit (Ward 2) Royal Alexandra Hospital / General Medicine (Wards 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 18 & 27)

(as the patient),

I waited more than 60 mins for secure medication in ward 27 absolutely appalling as I was treated fabulously in ward 2  before being moved to ward 27. I got my inhaler as soon as I arrived on ward as ward 2 had called up but for at least an hour I didn't even get to speak to an auxiliary never mind a doctor or nurse this is also not my first issue in ward 27 and I asked to be moved to a separate ward as I did not want the emotion or physical stress
