"First class service from start to finish"

I recently attended the Endoscopy Department for a colonoscopy after a possible cause for concern had been identified on a previous CT scan (incidental finding from scan carried out to investigate another issue).

I was rather anxious about the procedure, but I received first class service from start to finish! Each & every staff member were extremely professional; they all made me feel very reassured & as relaxed as possible throughout. I was treated with the utmost dignity at all times. Very grateful to receive the results of my investigation straightaway after the appointment.
