About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Oral Surgery & Medicine ( Wards 63)

(as a service user),

I have been attending Mr Downie for many years for treatment of facial palsy. Mr Downie is always caring and always friendly and professional.

Each time he explains the procedure and ensures I am happy enough to go ahead.

Recently having trauma related to my health, I spoke to Mr Downie about this. He sat and listened carefully and was there for me at a difficult . He made me feel at ease. I left the consultation feeling better about things having had someone to share my concerns with.

The health issues were outwith OMFS, so Mr Downie went above and beyond.

Thank you for listening and ensuring I was ok.
