"Went over and beyond the call of duty"

I recently had to have several TWOCs (trial by catheter) before I was told that I didn't have to have another catheter. The nurse, Josh, who dealt with me along with his assistant, Tash, were absolutely fantastic. To say that they and their colleagues went over and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. They are a credit to the NHS and Grantham hospital should be very proud of them.
