"Waiting time"

About: Barton House Group Practice

(as the patient),

I have called and I was caller number one. I am still on the call and it's been 50 minutes as caller number one since I called and been waiting since.

This happens most of the time, there are so many member of staff at reception but no one answers the phone.

It's extremely frustrating

Please know that the reception team has been dealing with a significant volume of calls, and while we are currently short-staffed at reception, we are doing our best to manage these as quickly as possible.

To avoid waiting on hold in the future, we encourage you to select the callback option if available. This allows us to return your call without you having to wait with the phone in hand.

Additionally, for non-urgent matters, we recommend using our online services when possible.
