"Staff in ward 29"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / General Surgery (wards 19, 20, 24, 26 &29)

(as the patient),

The nurses in Ward 29 have been more than helpful. Nurse Nisha and also the auxiliary Amanda are fabulous and go above and beyond. Celsey the auxiliary nurse went above and beyond to help me, she changed my bed and she also sat with me for a good half hour as my mental health wasn't too good and I was feeling extremely low and she perked me right up and in my opinion she is one of the best auxiliaries I've came across.

If all staff in the NHS were trained and acted like this it would run a heck of a lot smoother thank you so much again for all your care attention and help 😀

Dear Raiden

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback about the staff in Ward 29. We are grateful for your kind words and are delighted to hear about the positive impact our staff had on your stay.

It is heartening to know that Nurse Nisha, Amanda, and Celsey went ‘above and beyond’. We are delighted to hear that Celsey's provided emotional support during a challenging time. Your recognition of their hard work and compassion means a great deal.

Please be assured that your compliments will be shared with the team.

Take Care

Nicole
