"Exceptional care"

The care I received in the clinic today was exceptional. Mr Clark explained the procedure throughly before we started, which put me at ease as to what to expect. He was very warm and genuine and showed concern for me throughout the procedure, making sure I was comfortable and informed about what he was doing next. Nurse Caroline and HCA Helen were knowledgeable and caring, constantly checking that I was coping with the pain and whether I needed further analgesia. I felt like an individual and not like I was just one of many people they were seeing that day. I felt very cared for and overall the experience was a very positive one, despite having to have a procedure that wasn't very pleasant. I would feel very happy coming back for further treatment if it was needed. Thank you to everyone for your care today.
