Both ward Drs on discharge and urology clinic were intelligent, caring and professional. Went over and above usual expectations.

Dear Julie, I am pleased that my words were helpful. This was only my second operation in 68 years. I have enjoyed the opportunity to talk to staff from all different parts of the world. As a former youth and community worker and counsellor I like to find out about people and their lives.

I am aware now that it can be a great sacrifice that people make to move to a new country for work. I myself lived in a city far from home when I was young and single, although within England.

The NHS is made up of people from all over the world and without them we would be lost.
