My daughter was admitted via A&E and transferred to Ward 4F at Crosshouse due to a sudden onset of Diabetic Ketoacidosis.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough for the care and attention given to her in what was a terrifying and traumatic time for us.

All staff were amazing, we are so grateful for their expertise and professionalism which made her stay in hospital just that bit easier.

Dear Miss NG,

Many thanks for taking the time to share your appreciation and thanks, I will ensure that it is passed on to the staff in both the Emergency Department and 4F, whom I know will be grateful. I sincerely hope that your daughter is continuing to make a good recovery,

Kind regards,

Siobhan
