"I was put at ease straight away"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

I would like to thank the outpatient nurses especially the nurse practitioner Lyndsay. She was so friendly, her lovely smile put me and my husband at ease straight away. She was so thorough ensuring all my medical history was correct. I was put at ease straight away and she made me feel like I had always known her and this led me to have total faith in going for my knee replacement.
