"Unwavering support for us every step of the way"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Stroke care (Wards 56 and 68)

(as a service user),

Just want to say a massive thank you to ward 56 they are a amazing team my family will be forever grateful.

The day my mum got home  was truly momentous! Not sure it’s sunk in yet ! After 10 weeks of courageously fighting back from a massive stroke, my mum walked out of Ward 56 at the QE.

Her recovery has been nothing short of miraculous, and her journey will continue with support at home! As we step into 2025, we are filled with hope, determination, and immense gratitude—for the incredible team who provided not only the highest level of care for Mum but also unwavering support for us every step of the way I will be forever grateful!

Wishing everyone the most wonderful year ahead when it comes, I couldn’t have got through the darkest of days without the most wonderful people in my life! I feel truly blessed ❤️

Love to you all ❤️😘
