Recently in the shop, the shelves were a bit bare, i could not get any of the things i went down there for and the prices are a bit high

Sorry to hear you experienced low stock levels at your recent shopping visit.
The retail service is experiencing some short-term staffing difficulties at present, which may have an impact on service delivery. We hope to rectify this very soon and appreciate your patience whilst we work to improve staffing levels.
