"Kind, reassuring and professional team"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Neurosciences (DCN) Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Xrays and scans

(as a service user),

I recently attended DCN MRI at the Royal infirmary Edinburgh. The department was spotless, and the process seamless from reception through to discharge.

I was taken on time, having arrived 10 minutes before my appointment so I could complete the screening questionnaire.

It can be a scary experience having an MRI but staff were kind, reassuring and professional throughout making all the difference.

Thank you!

Dear ThanksA*

Thank you for taking the time to send this lovely feedback about your experience of attending DCN MRI department. I agree, having an MRI can be a daunting experience and I'm delighted to hear the staff treated you with kindness and you felt reassured.
