"Emergency department staff"

I forced my husband to emergency department as I felt his health was deteriorating. We were triaged by a staff member who, in my opinion, was a junior member of the team, who we found to have an extremely arrogant and dismissive attitude.

We found we were not listening to by them and were about to be sent back to the waiting area when another staff member, came in and started to chat with us, They listened, done more testing and expressed concerns about a left sided weakness my husband was experiencing. They then took bloods, done an ECG and discussed my husband was sent him for a head CT.

It turns out my husband had experienced a stroke and if it had not been for the intervention of a more senior and experienced staff member, who knows what would have happened. I would like to thank those staff for their prompt actions that day. My husband is now recovering well.
