I came to obtain advice and help and was really impressed by the excellent service I received today. All staff I encountered were excellent and all staff made a point of giving eye contact and a smile which was very welcoming. Tash was the nurse who dealt with me snd she was brilliant in every way. I felt totally relaxed with her and really liked her! She was so helpful and totally professional - a fine example of the NHS at its very best. Thanks very much everyone!
