"My baby and I were in really good hands"

About: Aberdeen Maternity Hospital / Obstetrics (Maternity care)

(as a service user),

I have attended the clinic on quite a few occasions in my last pregnancy and this was my first time attending in this pregnancy.  Both the Sonographer and Doctor that I saw were knowledgeable, caring and took time to explain everything really well. I left feeling as though my baby and I were in really good hands.  Unfortunately, even though they both introduced themselves I can’t remember their names.  They really made an anxious time much easier. They both stood out to me as wonderful staff members.

Dear Cmmmd

Firstly, congratulations on your pregnancy!

Thank you so much for your positive feedback regarding your scan and clinic appointments. This is the care experience we strive to provide every single day and really appreciate you taking the time to let us know the difference your sonographer and doctor made to you.

I wish you all the best for the rest of your pregnancy and beyond.

Best wishes
