"Reassuring and calming influence"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital / Neurology

(as a service user),

I had an MRI scan of my head and brain today and was seen by Brad and Sean at Chorley Hospital. I'm very claustrophobic but both reassured me and had a very calming influence.

They explained everything and put my mind at rest. Brad told me what to expect and he spoke to me during the scan to tell me where they were up to. They put headphones on me with my preferred radio station and made sure I was comfortable. I managed to get through the scan and feel quite relaxed. Thank you for making the experience ok.
