"Waiting area raised my anxiety"

About: Community Mental Health Services / Support and recovery (Armagh & Dungannon)

(as a service user),

Attended Ashleigh house for clinic appointment. Waiting area now inside front door which I found raised my anxiety. Also no one from reception area approached me when I arrived.

I am sorry to hear you had this experience. we would hope to have an alternative option in future when works have been undertaken, but we do not have a time frame for this at present. I will address same with Staff in Reception who are new to Ashleigh House.
