"Do not answer the phone "

I must have called 20 times across the last three days to speak to reception. I need to speak to someone about an alternative appointment time for my appointment on Monday. There’s never anyone ‘available’. I don’t old appreciate a call back as soon as possible. My details should be traceable through my name.
