About: Outpatients / Fracture Clinic

(as the patient),

I went to Forth Valley Royal Hospital for a plaster cast on left leg. The staff were all very welcoming and put me at ease. They were very prompt and professional, especially Claire, who was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. She made such a difference in a purely positive way.

It's always reassuring to have staff who are not only professional but also friendly and considerate during a medical procedure. Claire seems to have made a big impact on your visit.
