"Loving kindness care"

(as a service user),

I like to thank the Dr Tom at Daisy Hill ED and the 3 nurses who give me great loving care from all. Rosin was again one of them who looked after me at the start of the year, and the other the very caring nurse accompany me out to taxi and advise taxi driver of care I need special thanks to Dr Tom who very kindly made me a coffee.

Also the thanks must go to the NIAS the control room an the two crew who were very kind, also the care I get at ED Daisy Hill is down to a great Dr Hampton who is a great friend an set a care plan for me please thank him.
