"Disgrace "

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Your Review: On Thursday I attended HRI after 111 advised me to attend. I got there at 21.30 and was informed it would be a couple of hours wait. I was in a lot of pain so waited. At 01.30 I asked how long would it be before I was seen too. I had had my temperature taken and blood pressure done but that was it. I was informed that there was only one Doctor on and it would be about six hours before they would get to me. I left the hospital in more pain than I arrived with. Why is there only one Doctor working the night shift? An if there was more on why would they say there's only one? At no time during my time there was I asked if I was okay, would I like a drink of water, I know Hospitals are running on short staff but that experience was not right. Something is seriously wrong with the NHS and it needs fixing fast! I'm still in absolute pain but what can I do! I'm not going back to Hull Royal. The system is broken. I witnessed lying and a lack of care which is just diabolical in this day and age. Please just fix the issues because people's lifes are in tour hand's! Just so sad that this is how it is now
