"Engaged and efficient"

About: Exeter Community Hospital / Outpatients

(as a relative),

My father and I were welcomed into the hospital with a smile and a proper 'Good Morning'.  We were asked who we were there to see, checked in and shown the facilities and the waiting room.  The member of staff was engaged and very efficient in her manner.

I am glad you were greeted by happy staff and properly welcomed.

We are a small team, but proud of our department and the work we do.
