"Abysmal"

About: Lake Road Practice

Went in person due to shortness of breath. I am 64 years old.

Reception staff said I could not see a doctor & would not give me an appointment.

Reception staff completed online form & sent me away. Only communicated by responding in online app - anima.

Then they closed my case without speaking to me, because they say they tried calling my phone & left voicemail - I had my phone on all the time . No calls from them. No voicemail either. I had calls from other people.

This was all within the space of 2 hours. I never got to speak to a doctor or get an appointment. I feel I was just fobbed off.

I am still having shortness of breath and am at a loss for words - appalling example of how technology is failing patients!
