"So kind, empathetic and professional"

I was having a coil fitted, however my cervix rejected it immediately and i went into shock. The doctor was amazing and so professional throughout, explaining the process and explaining everything. At all times she checked in on me and a nurse was by my side supporting at all times and putting me at ease. I can't express how kind, empathetic and professional the doctor was ensuring I was aware of what was happening each step of the way.

Once the coil was fitted unfortunately my cervix did not like it and  I passed out. The doctor immediately removed the coil. On wakening I was being supported by 2 doctors and 2 nurses who immediately helped to  bring up my blood sugars. Everyone in the room was so kind, empathetic and so professional throughout which put me at ease. I can't express my gratitude enough to every member of staff for their quick response and empathetic approach. I felt so supported and was never once embarrassed due to being made to feel comfortable and reassured throughout. Staff offered to call someone to come and collect me as they did not want me to drive. The kindness shown by all staff involved was fantastic and I can't thank them enough for everything they did. The practice manager was also outside to support if required and the care and attention I received was phenomenal and  the staff were genuinely just fantastic.

Thank you Brechin Health Centre you are doing and amazing job. To receive a call from the practice manager in the evening to check on me was just above and beyond and to be advised to put an e consult in at anytime and it will be picked up at 8am. The service is amazing and I am grateful to have this amazing service on my doorstep.
