I attended gynecology with Dr Sokolava and staff Nurse Aynslie. I can't praise them enough for their care. I felt listened to and was offered treatment options immediately, the appointment felt thorough.

After years of feeling like I'm being palmed off by my local GP, I felt genuinely reassured. They were both incredibly professional and approachable. I feel really positive about my future now as I had been left believing ibuprofen was the only option.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the care provided by the Gynaecology Team within University Hospital Crosshouse.

It is great to know that Dr Sokolova was able to listen to you, assess your symptoms and offer you some treatment options that have left you feeling positive about your future. This is a lovely example of the person centred care that we strive to deliver.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to ensure your lovely comments are shared with Dr Sokolova and staff nurse Aynslie. I know they will both be delighted to receive this and it will be really encouraging for them to know that you felt so well supported by them.
