"Kind helpful hospital staff"

About: Victoria Hospital / Radiology

(as a relative),

We attended an appointment a week early due to a mix up with appointments and one member of staff went above and beyond to get us seen to save us coming back the next week.

Her name is Hilary and she works in the x-ray department in victoria hospital Kirkcaldy. Another member of staff, carol did her best to explain about the mix up. We would also like to say thank you to the sonographer for fitting us in. It was a very good experience altogether so thank you.

If every ward/department had a 'Hilary' it would be an amazing place.
