"Amazing experience and wonderful treatment "

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

I arrived after going to Beverley walk in and handed my letter in at the reception. The staff the kindness and the treatment l received was absolutely fantastic. The staff from the triage nurse and the porter that took us to the gynaecologist department were just so kind and caring. The whole staff in that department were just so caring and supportive and the treatment l received was absolutely wonderful. I had a dreadful experience the last time l was at HRI but this wiped out the awful visit l had back in 2024 and left the most amazing feeling of being totally cared for. Thank you all so much and a huge well done from me.
