"Thank you to everyone involved in my care"

About: Cloughreagh House

(as a service user),

I came to Cloughreagh House for 2 weeks rehabilitation after being in hospital. I was delighted with the care I received, everyone was very nice and it was like being on a wee holiday. It was a real treat not having to worry about cooking dinner and having to do dishes. My bedroom was lovely, adequate for my needs and it was kept spick and span.

The Physiotherapists and occupational therapists were excellent and showed me exercises to do to bring the strength back to my legs. I was really impressed with the Gym and I looked forward to my daily visit to it. The Gym itself was so inviting, a beautiful view from the window and plenty of space to complete my exercises. I used to go to a weekly exercise class before Covid but then I stopped doing the exercises.

Coming to Cloughreagh has given me the encouragement I needed and now I intend to keep going with what the physiotherapist has shown me.

Thank you to everyone involved in my care in Cloughreagh House, I enjoyed my time there and would be happy to return in the future if I need to.

You were very enthuastic about our gym, the development of the gym came as a result of feedback on care opinion and it is used daily by the visiting therapists. As you have commented the gym itself has an inviting atmosphere which can be encouraging to those using it. I hope you do continue with your exercise program now that you are home.

On behalf of everyone in Cloughreagh House I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you again for your lovely feedback and to wish you a speedy onward recovery.

Regards
