"terrible practice"

trying to get an appointment is impossible i underwent surgery the 10th feb the hospital told me to get the practice nurse to examine the wound, i rang up to be told by the receptionist that they don't do this, after 2 visits ti a and e and very long waits i was reared back to my own practice,i am a pensioner and not great with technology rang the practice to be told by the receptionist that i could not have an appointment unless i booked on line, the receptionist seems to have more control the surgery that the doctor, i asked to speak to the practice manger to be told they do not have one, my wound needs to be dressed every day and i have no choice but to wait and take valuable time in a and e were the practice can't be bothered, and people ask what's wrong with the NHS, receptionist that think they know more than the doctors its disgraceful that they have been given the choice to who gets to see a doctor
