(as a service user),

I recently attended ENT Hairmyres, and I wanted to provide feedback on the male receptionist who was on duty.

In a world so full of negativity he was a ray of sunshine - the way he was speaking to patients was lovely and he brought a smile to everyone's faces :) In a society that's quick to complain I wanted to give a positive story!

Thank you for sharing your experience of ENT at UHH

It can be a worrying time attending hospital for a procedure and I am so pleased to hear that the receptionist had such a lovely manner and made you feel taken care of. This must have been very reassuring and helped everybody feel more positive.
