"Tremendous staff at Crosshouse"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I want to highly compliment staff at NHS Crosshouse Hospital in Kilmarnock.  

Mr.Fellon security, Receptionist Ann and another worker from AUCS Lister CTR Reception Area and Podiatrist Susan at Lister Centre Podiatry for all their tremendous help and caring in trying to locate my wallet that have credit, bank cards, loyalty cards, just renewed UK driver license and Bus pass . Turns out I didn’t loose my wallet that I thought I did in podiatry today, but left it home.

By the time I noticed it missing at the chemist, the Podiatry At the Lister Centre was closed.  I was in a tremendous state of anxiety for losing my wallet and with the help of all the above staff, they helped me calmed down and focus.  They went through the Podiatry section, toilets, under chairs to  look for my wallet, that actually wasn’t lost. 

I am extremely grateful to all for their caring and going way out of their way to help me!  Please acknowledge this staff for their tremendous integrity and the attention to detail to go way out of their way to help people. They are beyond special! I just wish more people in this crazy world had that caring.

I am so sorry to hear that you thought you had lost your wallet whilst attending your appointment at University Hospital Crosshouse. What an anxious time this must have been for you, and such a relief when you found it at home.

I am glad to hear that our staff took the time to try and help you locate your wallet and to try and calm you down and focus on where you had been and where it might be. I’m so glad that all was well in the end.
