"Kind, supportive and so reassuring"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

I had to attend G1 today due to ongoing bleeding. After months of anxiety and uncertainty I met a doctor (who I cannot name due to the rules of this form) who listened carefully and compassionately and really understood what I needed. He put me at ease and went of his way to ensure I left knowing both I and my baby were safe. The nursing team were also working so hard on what was clearly a really busy shift. Extremely grateful.

Thank you ever so much for taking the time to share feedback on your experience of care on G1. We are so pleased to read that your doctor listened to your concerns and understood your needs, to support you and your baby and ensure both of your safety. It's lovely to read your recognition of the work the nursing team were doing, too.

Thank you again for these lovely comments- we have shared these with the team.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all the best with any ongoing care or treatment.
