I have had issues with this practice over the years, with doctors who are dismissive, don't care, and treat patients with contempt
They have obviously fobbed me off as some kind of hypochondriac despite having multiple conditions over the years.
Most recently I went for an MRI and received a result a was worried about, and the doctor could not even be bothered to call me back to discuss- is keeping patients informed and explaining complex medical issues in a way we can understand not part of the job of being a GP?
Overall, very complacent and uncaring - have to battle for every smidge of healthcare received
