"Help and support"

About: Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust

(as a relative),

Me and my family would like to thank all the paramedics that helped my nan on Thursday the 20th around 10.30-11am giving cpr and keeing us informed with everything. Unfortunately she had passed away on the scene. We will be forever grateful to everyone single one of them and all the support they gave us. They were ever so kind letting us to the ambulance to hear the father from the church say a prayer and let us say goodbye. They were so gentle and caring with her body.

Please accept our sincere condolences on your loss. This feedback is so appreciated especially as you have taken the time to share it during a difficult time for you and your family. It is good to hear that staff were able to be of comfort to you and keep you all informed during a very sad time. Your experience and feedback is a reminder why it's important to ensure people have a positive emotional experience during such sad occurrences. I will pass this feedback onto the crew who attended. Thank you again.
