My Dad had to undergo a number of urgent follow-ups recently under the Cardiac Outpatients and investigations route. The staff at the outpatients clinic in Ramone were just exceptional. They really care for each patient.
Dr McClelland was extremely thorough and understanding. He really listened.
Dad had to get an urgent cardio-echogram and Vivienne at the Cardiac Investigation Unit was so friendly putting Dad at ease and empathetic.
Follow-up appointment at the clinic for diagnosis, treatment was dealt with so professionally.
At the Ramone outpatients clinic again, Dana who did bloods, other tests had such a lovely personality and as my dad said the craic was good, and such genuine people working in that clinic/department.
Cardiac Pharmacist Naomi was just an angel in disguise discussing the treatment option, risks, benefits. She was so caring to Dad and they chatted. She really put us at ease and I cannot thank her enough for that day.
They all deserve recognition and we as a family are so grateful. Thanks a million from Dad & I.
