Thank you for supporting your child to respond to this assessent, this allows their voice to be heard by our service. I am delighted that your child was happy with the health visitor and they expressed that they felt involved in the decisions from this assessment.

Our health visiting team strive for all childrens voices to be heard, and this is an example how we can make this possible. I will share your feedback to the rest of the team and senior managers who will also be delighted with this feedback
